Costco has organic frozen 3 berry blend for around $10 for a 3 lb bag. I have watched several of your videos which are fantastic and inspiring and you mention buying fresh berries then having to wash them then freeze them. Buying the bags of frozen berries at Costco would be a time saver for you and sometimes seems less costly than fresh. Thank you for all of your videos. Lots of great ideas.

Just found your channel and look forward to watching more videos. Love your Greek yogurt ideas. I usually mix mine with a package of Splenda. The Costco (Kirkland) brand yogurt is really good as is the yogurt from Trader Joe’s. The consistency for both of these is creamier than Fage.

I have found my new favorite dessert! I, too, am NOT a Greek yogurt person. I just can't take the flavor. But I purchased the Fage total 0% yogurt and a jar of low sugar strawberry preserves (Skinny Girl is not available at my store). OMG! Fage with 1 Tblsp. of low sugar jam! It's so thick and creamy. I have been looking for a replacement for ice cream. This is very satisfying in the evening for dessert. I'll take the 2 points for the jam if I can have a dessert like this.

I too hate Greek yogurt, even when mixed into things. I use Lucerne fat free yogurt, it is zero points as well. Taste much better, don't have that chalk board taste bud grinding issue that Greek has. Lucerne is only fat free yogurt I found that tastes good. (Found at Safeway or Albertsons)

For a quick breakfast, I have an egg and laughing cow cheese in a mug. You spray a mug with a tad of cooking spray add an egg stir the egg add the cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, if it’s too runny still I nuke it a few seconds more. Put it between two pieces of toast. It’s gooey and good.

I buy Fage Greek yogurt add cheese cake zero sugar pudding mix about a tsp. I like the yogurt with Hershey no sugar chocolate syrup too. I’ll have to look for that skinny syrup.

Oh wow, that is a lot of change and loss in a short time. You are obviously very resilient and will come through stronger, wiser, and in a much better position to embrace the next phase. As to the face lift, congratulations! I had one and it was the best thing I ever did. Like tattoos, it's a change on the inside that you want to show physically on the outside.

I love Frannie’s wig shop, I did just notice you doing a review on her fb group. I was so glad to see you there. You’ve been thru so much, but it looks like you are hanging in there beautifully. This is the first video I’ve seen on this channel of yours, I’ve subscribed to it and will be following along.

I'm just now seeing this and I can tell you after losing the amount of weight you lost, the amount of weight I lost(112 lbs), the face and neck need a little work. I'm excited for you! I wish I could do a lower facelift, but I decided to do Coolsculpting on my abdominal area instead. I definitely believe we need to do what is best for us. If that means doing nothing, great! If it means working on a part of our body, fantastic! Since we are basically the same height(I'm 5'5"), I can relate to everything you've been through weight wise. I reached my goal of 130 in 2021, but I've gained 15 lbs. I'm back on track and losing these 15, but more importantly, I'm eating food that makes me feel my best. I've lost 3 lbs this week so everything feels right. I am not concerned with weight, but my best health and what gets me there. You keep doing you!

New to your channel. I really enjoyed your talk about the facelift and I’m 62 years old and have lost weight. I do have the jowls and loose skin on my face and have been considering a mini lift. I haven’t priced it out but I know it’s gonna be a lot now I don’t feel as afraid listening to your video.

You are beautiful and you look AMAZING! You don't look "done", you just look like the best version of you! I am always surprised at your age. You look 20 years younger (but did to me even before the facelift). I would do this in a heartbeat if I could find a surgeon I really, really trusted! Good for you!

Marlene this is the 1st time I've visited your Fab & Glam page. Thanks for sharing your story. I can relate on so many different levels. As for getting used to living alone, I got divorced almost 8 yrs ago and now i don't know if I could ever get used to sharing my space again. I will tell you though that you will never stop missing your mom... It's been almost 15 yrs and I still miss being able to pick up the phone and talk to her. I love your attitude and how you're moving forward. My brother and his wife live in one of those communities in Lake Wales. I just visited him a while ago and thought it was great! Enjoy your new journey!

Hi. Thanks for sharing. I'm 67 and have lost about 80 pounds so far using a couple other sites and pretty much following a Mediterranean Diet. I used weight watchers a couple times in my life decades ago and have returned to try and break the plateau I have hit. I'm only 5'2" but otherwise am a close match with you for what I am attempting to lose. Good luck to you! I appreciate the insights you share.

One tip that is helpful in the evening after dinner is to brush your teeth (and floss) if you normally do at bedtime, do it sooner. Way back in my 20s I had read an article on Loni Anderson managing her weight by brushing her teeth after eating. I adapted that to my own habits and once I brush my teeth at night for bed, many times as early after dinner as I can so I don't get the munchies because I don't want to have to brush again later at bedtime. Once I do that "last" tooth brushing of the day I will absolutely not eat anything afterwards. I find if I let it go to long after dinner my mouth is looking for something more to eat even though I an not hungry.

Hero bread is a gamechanger. Publix carries it. Look in the deli area or ask!
